Draft Order Amending Schedule 3 to the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, the Export Control List

Environment Canada is consulting on the draft Order Amending Schedule 3 to the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA 1999). Interested parties are invited to provide written comments by August 31, 2013. Comments received through this consultation will be considered in developing the proposed Order which will be published in Part I of the Canada Gazette for further consultation. Please be advised that any information received as a result of these consultations will be considered and treated as publicly available information unless it is clearly specified that the submission is to be held in confidence by the Government of Canada.
