Due to technical issues, all applications submitted to EICS via EDI or PWS between 2019-08-09 08:48:00 EST and 2019-08-12 16:15:00 EST have been rejected.
If not already done so, please resubmit any EDI/PWS transmissions sent between 2019-08-09 08:48:00 EST and 2019-08-12 16:15:00 EST.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
EDI/PWS applications submitted during the outage period should not result in billable transactions, but should any duplicate applications that have been submitted in error due to the EDI technical issues can be reimbursed. Please quote the following message when submitting Cancellation Requests to obtain credit:
“Duplicate request due to EDI/PWS issues”
