We are continuing to experience some technical difficulties with EDI submissions in EICS. We will send a notification as soon as the EICS system functionality has been fully restored.
The process for submitting manual applications, as needed, is not affected at this time.
For applications that have processed:
Duplicate Applications submitted in error due to the EDI technical issues can be reimbursed. Please quote the following message when submitting Cancellation Requests to obtain credit:
“Duplicate request due to EDI issues”
