EICS - The system is back online

On June 14-16, 2021, we experienced an extended network outage that affected permit services, as well as email and phone connectivity. Consequently, we are experiencing a higher volume of requests than normal, and service levels may be delayed. We are working hard to respond as quickly as possible.

Les 14,15,16 juin 2021, nous avons subi une panne de réseau prolongée qui a affecté les services de permis, ainsi que la connectivité par courriel électronique et téléphonique. Par conséquent, nous connaissons un volume de demandes plus élevé que la normale et les niveaux de service peuvent être retardés. Nous travaillons dur pour répondre le plus rapidement possible.
