eManifest Portal Credentials

As of October 30, 2012, a new government credential called GCKey was introduced to replace Access Key.  The Access Key credential service will expire on December 31, 2012. For eManifest Portal users, this means that as of October 30, 2012, Access Key users must switch to (transfer and use) either a GCKey or Sign-In Partner credential service to log in. eManifest Portal users who have not transferred their Access Key credential by December 31, 2012, (i.e. have not logged on to the Portal since October 30) will have their Portal User account deleted. To transfer the credential service, go directly to the eManifest Portal log in page http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/prog/manif/portal-portail/menu-eng.html

CBSA has contacted eManifest Portal users with an Access Key credential to advise them of the necessary steps to transfer their credentials and we have been advised that additional communication will be sent to Portal Users who still have an Access Key credential in early December.

Should you have questions about this change, please refer to the eManifest Portal Help and Support information available on the CBSA Web site.
