eManifest Review

The Internal Audit Division of CBSA has released a review of the eManifest process.

The objective of this review was to determine the extent to which eManifest will meet the needs of end users; the adequacy of the project plan with respect to managing the project’s scope, schedule and resources; the management of costs; and the effectiveness of tools and processes for status reporting.

The review included interviews and examination of product documentation that took place between January 1, 2012 and August 30, 2012. The review is available on CBSA’s website.
