Export and Import Controls System (EICS) and the Export Controls On-Line (EXCOL) maintenance

This is a message to notify you that the Export and Import Controls System (EICS) and the Export Controls On-Line (EXCOL) applications will be offline for maintenance this coming weekend.

The outage is scheduled for Friday, May 7, 2021 8:00 p.m. to Sunday, May 9, 2021 9:00 p.m. (Eastern Time).  Users will not be able to connect to EICS or EXCOL systems during this period.

You may wish to ensure your permit requests are made as early as possible in the week, to diminish the potential impact of the interruption of weekend online services.

This maintenance outage will not affect regular business hours which are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Eastern Time).

Ceci est un message pour vous informer que le système de contrôle des exportations et des importations (SCEI) et l'application des contrôles à l'exportation en direct (CEED) seront hors ligne prochainement en raison d’entretien des systèmes.

L’interruption des applications en ligne est prévue du vendredi 7 mai 2021 20h00 au dimanche 9 mai 2021 21h00 (heure de l'est). Les utilisateurs n'auront pas accès aux systèmes SCEI et CEED pendant cette période.

Vous voudrez peut-être vous assurer que vos demandes de licences soient faites le plus tôt possible dans la semaine, afin de réduire l'impact potentiel de l'interruption.

Cet entretien des systèmes n'affectera pas les heures normales de bureau qui sont du lundi au vendredi, de 8h00 à 17h00.
