Extension of re-investigation: Concrete reinforcing bar

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has today extended the re-investigation to update the normal values and export prices of certain concrete reinforcing bar originating in or exported from the Republic of Turkey.

The CBSA extended the conclusion of the re-investigation by 33 days due to the complexity and novelty of the issues presented by the re-investigation. Consequently, the re-investigation will be concluded by April 4, 2023.

Prorogation du réexamen : Barres d’armature pour béton

L’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada (ASFC) a aujourd’hui prorogé le réexamen afin de mettre à jour les valeurs normales et les prix à l’exportation de certaines barres d’armature pour béton originaires ou exportées de la République de Turquie.

L’ASFC a prorogé la conclusion du réexamen de 33 jours compte tenu de la complexité et du caractère inédit des points soulevés par le réexamen. Conséquemment, le réexamen sera conclu d'ici le 4 avril 2023.
