Fall 2023 import control measures for US romaine lettuce

As announced on June 27 the CFIA is implementing temporary import conditions for U.S. romaine lettuce.

These temporary import conditions will be in effective from September 28 to December 20, 2023 for specific US locations. Importers of fresh fruit and vegetables will receive the notification and guidance documents via the My CFIA portal.

Please note the documents are in both official languages.
