Food additives in ready-to-eat meat products

Please be advised that the new "Notice to Industry – The use of food additives in certain ready-to-eat meat products" is available.

Regulated parties will have a 12-month transition period, ending May 15, 2020, to bring their labels and advertising into compliance and are encouraged to refer to the Industry Labelling Tool.
