Please note that effective November 15, 2022, facilities registering under the Canadian Heat Treated Wood Products Certification Program (HT program), the Canadian Sawn Wood Certification Program (CSWCP) and the Cedar Debarking and Grub Hole Control Program (CDGHCP) will no longer receive their registration certificate by mail directly from the CFIA.
The registration certificate will be provided to the Alternative Service Delivery (ASD) organization responsible for the facility by email. The ASD organization will be responsible of providing the certificate to the facility once fully approved under the program(s). Paper copies of the certificates will no longer be provided by the CFIA.
Please also note that the CFIA is using this opportunity to modernize the look of the registration certificates.

Programmes de foresterie à l'exportation : nouveau processus l'émission de certificats Veuillez noter qu'à compter du 15 novembre 2022, les établissements s'enregistrant dans le cadre du Programme canadien de certification des produits de bois traités à la chaleur (programme HT), du Programme canadien de certification du bois scié (PCCBS) et du Programme canadien d'écorçage du bois et de contrôle des trous de vers (PCEBCTV) ne recevront plus leur certificat d'enregistrement par la poste directement de l'ACIA.
Le certificat d'enregistrement sera fourni par courrier électronique à l'organisme pour la diversification des modes de prestation de services responsable de l'établissement. L'organisme sera responsable de fournir le certificat à l'établissement une fois entièrement approuvé dans le cadre du ou des programmes. Les copies papier des certificats ne seront plus fournies par l'ACIA.
Veuillez également noter que l'ACIA profite de cette occasion pour moderniser l'apparence des certificats d'enregistrement.
