Important: Changes to CSCB Email Categories - Update Your Account

While working on redesigning our website, we engaged usability expects to help us re-organizing our content so you can find relevant information quickly. You may recall we called on you to help us with that. As a result, we have updated our email categories in order to make them more meaningful.

As you know, we offer two types of email service to selected employees of our customs broker member firms and preferred business clients, an end-of-day CSCB Daily Articles email and immediate notifications for individual emails from specific categories.

Only the immediate notifications will be affected by the email category change. To continue receiving immediate notifications on topics of interest to you, you'll need to access your account and update your email preferences. Here is a quick guide on how to login now (there are no changes to your login information) and how to update your email preferences.

If you only subscribe to the CSCB Daily Articles email, there will be no change to your service.
