International Customs Day 2019

January 26th is International Customs Day, recognized all over the world and especially at the Headquarters of the World Customs Organization (WCO) in Brussels.  On this day, the WCO is dedicating 2019 to the swift and smooth cross-border movement of goods, people and means of transport, with the slogan “SMART borders for seamless Trade, Travel and Transport.”

Customs brokers are key players in ensuring that goods move seamlessly across borders, complying with Customs’ and other government agencies’ control and revenue requirements, and meeting the critical business needs of  importers and exporters by facilitating trade.  Join us in celebrating International Customs Day, and read more here.
