Issue with receiving certain encrypted or password protected attachments

Please be advised that the CBSA is currently experiencing nation-wide technical issues in receiving certain password protected files via email.

The SIMA Registry and Disclosure Unit is taking action by implementing an automatic response notification to acknowledge receipt of emails. If you do not receive an automatic response after making a submission, please follow up with a separate email to the SIMA Registry and we will provide you with alternate arrangements to submit your information.

The CBSA will notify once this issue has been resolved.

Problème de réception de certaines pièces jointes chiffrées ou protégées par mot de passe

Veuillez noter que l’ASFC éprouve actuellement des problèmes techniques à l’échelle nationale pour recevoir certains fichiers protégés par mot de passe par courriel.

L’Unité du Centre de dépôt et de communication des documents de la LMSI prend des mesures en mettant en œuvre un avis de réponse automatique pour accuser réception des courriels. Si vous ne recevez pas de réponse automatique après avoir présenté une soumission, veuillez envoyer un courriel distinct au Registre de la LMSI et nous vous fournirons d’autres arrangements pour soumettre vos informations.

L’ASFC avisera une fois que ce problème aura été résolu.
