Today, David Wilks, Member of Parliament for Kootenay–Columbia, announced on behalf of the Honourable Vic Toews, Minister of Public Safety, the opening of the new facilities at the Kingsgate port of entry.
""The increased capacity to process travellers and commercial goods more efficiently, as well as the enhanced technologies at the Kingsgate port of entry, demonstrate our government's commitment to better serve our communities, commercial importers and visitors to Canada,"" said Mr. Wilks.
