Mark your calendars! The CSCB has learned from the CBSA that the go-live date for CARM Release 1 has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 25th, 2021! (barring no unexpected delays.)

As of Tuesday morning following the May long weekend, the CARM Client Portal will be open for business!

At Release 1, you will be able to:

Log in to the portal using either a GCKey or Sign-in Partner
Create your business portal account
Delegate access and authority to your employees
Request access to client accounts*
Apply for rulings (with delegated access)

*please refer to the CSCB Road to CARM for details on bulk delegation requests

The CBSA's CARM Client Service Support Unit (CCSSU) will be ready to assist you should you have any trouble accessing the portal and setting up your portal account as of 7:00 am EST on May 25th as well.
