Meat Export to Mexico

Please be advised that the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has updated Chapter 11 for Mexico in the Meat Hygiene Manual of Procedures.  Section 11.7.3.1.2  for Mexico provides information on sealing of containers to facilitate return of Canadian meat products exported to Mexico.

Changes will be updated in Chapter 11 of the Meat Hygiene Manual of Procedures.  The updated section is available through your local CFIA inspector.
