Memorandum D12-2-1, Pre-arrival Air

This memorandum outlines and explains the Canada Border Services Agency’s requirements and administrative policies regarding the transmission of pre-arrival cargo, conveyance and supplementary data (if applicable) to the CBSA for goods being imported or transiting through Canada via the air mode.
