Milltown (NB) port of entry to be closed to Canada-bound traffic on July 31

The Canada Border Services Agency would like to advise travellers that the Milltown International Bridge in St. Stephen, New Brunswick will be temporarily closed to Canada-bound traffic on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 between the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Atlantic Daylight Time).

The bridge closure is due to construction activities in the United States. Drivers are encouraged to use the St. Stephen Third Bridge or the St. Stephen Ferry Point International Bridge as alternate routes during this time.

Milltown is located along the St. Croix River in southwestern Charlotte County, New Brunswick. The Milltown port of entry is one of three border crossings in St. Stephen and is located only three kilometres from the St. Stephen Ferry Point International Bridge and less than two kilometres from the St. Stephen Third Bridge.
