New CSCB Website Launching Next Week - Outage on September 11-12

Together with representatives of different groups of our website users, we have been working hard on redesigning our website to make it easier to use and find relevant information quickly.

We are very excited to announce that we are ready to share our new site with you next week!

Because this is a complicated upgrade, our website and related email services will not be available on September 11 and 12 to allow for the transition.

We apologize for this inconvenience, but it will be worth it!

Not only will you see a fresh new look for the site, you’ll see greatly improved user functionality as well as a revamped “advocacy”* section to highlight the good work we do on behalf of members. Whether you are a customs broker member, student, designate, preferred business client or a member of the public, there will be something to make your online experience with us better than ever.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Magda Jaros at [email protected].

We look forward to serving you better with this redesign, and hearing your feedback!

~ CSCB

*Advocacy section is a service exclusive to selected employees of customs broker member firms.
