New interactive web tools explain complex food safety processes

Today, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) launched a new set of interactive web tools aimed at providing Canadians with relevant, easy- to-understand information explaining the beef processing and inspection process as well as the food safety investigation and recall process.
