INTRODUCTION
1. The mandate of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) in this inquiry[1] is to determine whether the dumping of certain nitisinone capsules originating in or exported from the Kingdom of Sweden (Sweden) (the subject goods) has caused injury or is threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry.
2. The Tribunal has determined, for the reasons that follow, that the dumping of the subject goods has not caused injury and is not threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry.
