Notice of close of record and updated schedule: Line pipe 2

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has now closed the record of the expedited review of certain carbon and alloy steel line pipe (line pipe) originating in or exported from the Republic of Korea by Histeel Co. Ltd.

The updated schedule for this expedited review is now available. Interested parties will now have seven days from the close of the record to file submissions concerning this review.

L’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada (ASFC) a maintenant annoncé la clôture du dossier du réexamen accéléré applicable à certains tubes de canalisation en acier au carbone et en acier allié, originaires ou exportés de la Corée du sud par Histeel Co. Ltd.

Vous trouverez maintenant une mise à jour du calendrier du réexamen accéléré. Les parties intéressées auront sept jours à partir de la clôture du dossier pour déposer des observations concernant cette révision.
