Notice of close of record and updated schedule: Oil country tubular goods and seamless casing

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has now closed the record of the normal value review (review) of certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) and seamless casing exported from China to Canada by Dalipal Pipe Company.

The review follows a request for re-determination filed by an importer and is part of the CBSA’s enforcement of the Canadian International Trade (CITT) finding, respecting the dumping and subsidizing of certain OCTG and seamless casing from China, in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA).

The updated schedule for this review is now available. Interested parties will now have seven days from the close of the record to file case arguments concerning this review.

Avis de clôture du dossier et mise à jour du calendrier : Fournitures tubulaires pour puits de pétrole et caissons sans soudure en acier

L’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada (ASFC) a maintenant annoncé la clôture du dossier de la révision des valeurs normales (révision) de certaines fournitures tubulaires pour puits de pétrole (FTPP) et caissons sans soudure en acier exportés de la Chine au Canada par Dalipal Pipe Company.

La révision fait suite à la demande de réexamen déposée par un importateur et découle de l’exécution par l’ASFC de l’ordonnance du Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur (TCCE), à l’égard du dumping et du subventionnement de certaines FTPP et caissons sans soudure en acier en provenance de Chine, conformément à la Loi sur les mesures spéciales d'importation (LMSI).

Une mise à jour du calendrier de la révision est maintenant disponible. Les parties intéressées auront sept jours à compter de la clôture du dossier pour déposer des mémoires concernant cette révision.
