Notice of close of record and updated schedule, Seamless casing, JingJiang Special Steel Co., Ltd. (JJSS)

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has now closed the record of the normal value review of certain seamless casing originating in China and exported to Canada by JingJiang Special Steel Co., Ltd. (JJSS).

The review is part of the CBSA’s enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s (CITT) order issued on November 28, 2018, respecting the dumping and subsidizing of certain seamless casing originating in or exported from China in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA).

The updated schedule for this normal value review is now available. Interested parties will now have seven days from the close of the record to file case arguments concerning this review.
