Notice of extension of a re-investigation: Carbon Steel Fasteners (FAS 2023 RI)

The Canada Border Services Agency has extended the re-investigation to update the normal values and export prices of certain carbon steel fasteners (fasteners) originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China (China) and the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu (Chinese Taipei), and the amounts of subsidy of certain fasteners originating in or exported from China.

The re-investigation has been extended by seven days due to the complexity and novelty of the issues presented by the re-investigation. The re-investigation will now conclude by May 30, 2024.

Avis de prorogation d’un réexamen : Pièces d’attache en acier au carbone (FAS 2023 RI)

L’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada (ASFC) a prorogé le réexamen des valeurs normales et des prix à l’exportation de certaines pièces d’attache en acier au carbone (pièces d’attache) originaires ou exportées de la République populaire de Chine (Chine) et du Territoire douanier distinct de Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen et Matsu (Taipei chinois), et les montants de subvention de certaines pièces d’attache originaires ou exportées de la Chine.

Le réexamen a été prorogé de sept jours, compte tenu de la complexité et du caractère inédit des points soulevés par le réexamen. Conséquemment, le réexamen prendra fin d’ici le 30 mai 2024.
