The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated investigations on June 10, 2021, under the Special Import Measures Act respecting the alleged injurious dumping and subsidizing of certain container chassis from China. The investigations follow a complaint filed by Max‑Atlas Equipment International Inc. (Saint‑Jean‑sur‑Richelieu, QC).

Avis d’ouverture d’enquêtes, Châssis porte‑conteneur

L’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada (ASFC) a ouvert des enquêtes le 10 juin 2021, en vertu de la Loi sur les mesures spéciales d’importation concernant les présumés dumping et subventionnement dommageables de certains châssis porte‑conteneur de la Chine. Les enquêtes ont été ouvertes à la suite d’une plainte déposée par Max‑Atlas Equipment International Inc. (Saint‑Jean‑sur‑Richelieu, QC).
