Notice of normal value review: Hot-rolled carbon steel plate 7 (PLA7 2023 UP1)

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has now closed the record of the normal value review of certain hot-rolled carbon steel plate and high-strength low-alloy steel plate exported to Canada from South Korea by Dongkuk Steel Mill Co., Ltd.

The review is part of the CBSA’s enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s (CITT’s) order issued on March 13, 2020, in Expiry Review No. RR-2019-001, respecting the dumping of certain hot-rolled carbon steel plate from Brazil, Denmark, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, and South Korea, in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA).

The updated schedule for this review is now available. Interested parties will now have seven days from the close of the record to file case arguments concerning this review.

Avis de clôture du dossier et mise à jour du calendrier — Révision des valeurs normales : Tôles d’acier au carbone laminées à chaud 7 (PLA7 2023 UP1)

L’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada (ASFC) a maintenant annoncé la clôture du dossier de la révision des valeurs normales applicable à certaines tôles d’acier au carbone et tôles d’acier allié résistant à faible teneur, laminées à chaud, exportés au Canada de la Corée du Sud par Dongkuk Steel Mill Co., Ltd.

Cette révision fait partie de l’exécution par l’ASFC des conclusions rendue par le Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur (TCCE) le 13 mars 2020 dans le réexamen relatif à l’expiration numéro RR-2019-001, à l’égard de certaines tôles d’acier au carbone du Brésil, du Danemark, de l’Indonésie, de l’Italie, du Japon et de la Corée du Sud., conformément à la Loi sur les mesures spéciales d’importation (LMSI).

Vous trouverez maintenant une mise à jour du calendrier de la révision. Les parties intéressées auront sept jours à partir de la clôture du dossier pour déposer des mémoires concernant cette révision.
