Notice of normal value review- Oil country tubular goods 2, Jindal Saw

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has today initiated a normal value review to update all normal values and export prices applicable to certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) exported to Canada from India by Jindal Saw Limited.

The normal value review is part of the CBSA’s enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s (CITT) order issued on December 30, 2020, respecting the dumping of certain OCTG from the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu (Chinese Taipei), India, Indonesia, the Philippines, South Korea, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine and Vietnam, in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA).

Avis de la révision des valeurs normales - Fournitures tubulaires pour puits de pétrole 2, Jindal Saw

L’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada (ASFC) a annoncé aujourd’hui l’ouverture d’une révision des valeurs normales et des prix à l’exportation applicable à certaines fournitures tubulaires pour puits de pétrole (FTPP) exportées au Canada de l’Inde par Jindal Saw Limited.

Cette révision des valeurs normales découle de l’exécution par l’ASFC de l’ordonnance du Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur (TCCE) rendue le 30 décembre 2020 à l’égard du dumping de certaines FTPP du Territoire douanier distinct de Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen et Matsu (Taipei chinois), de l’Inde, d’Indonésie, des Philippines, de la République de Corée, de la Thaïlande, de la Turquie, d’Ukraine et du Vietnam, conformément à la Loi sur les mesures spéciales d’importation (LMSI).
