Oil country tubular goods 4, notice of initiation of investigation

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated an investigation on July 7, 2021, under the Special Import Measures Act respecting the alleged injurious dumping of certain oil country tubular goods from Austria. The investigation follows a complaint filed by Algoma Tubes Inc. (Sault‑Ste. Marie, Ontario), Prudential Steel ULC (Calgary, Alberta), Tenaris Global Services (Canada) Inc. (Calgary, Alberta) and Hydril Canadian Company LP (Nisku, Alberta), collectively referred to as “Tenaris Canada”.

L’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada (ASFC) a ouvert une enquête le 7 juillet 2021, en vertu de la Loi sur les mesures spéciales d’importation concernant le présumé dumping dommageable de certaines fournitures tubulaires pour puits de pétrole d’Autriche. L’enquête a été ouverte à la suite d’une plainte déposée par Algoma Tubes Inc. (Sault‑Ste. Marie, Ontario), Prudential Steel ULC (Calgary, Alberta), Tenaris Global Services (Canada) Inc.
