Oil country tubular goods - Statement of Reasons

Decision

On July 3, 2020, pursuant to paragraph 76.03(7)(a) of the Special Import Measures Act, the Canada Border Services Agency determined that the expiry of the order made by the Canadian International Trade Tribunal on March 2, 2015, in Expiry Review No. RR‑2014‑003:

  1. is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping of certain oil country tubular goods originating in or exported from China; and
  2. is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of subsidizing of certain oil country tubular goods originating in or exported from China.
