Oil country tubular goods, Statement of Reasons - Initiation of an investigation

Pursuant to subsection 31(1) of the Special Import Measures Act, the Canada Border Services Agency initiated an investigation on June 30, 2021, respecting the alleged injurious dumping of certain oil country tubular goods originating in or exported from Mexico.

Le 30 juin 2021, conformément au paragraphe 31(1) de la Loi sur les mesures spéciales d’importation, l’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada a ouvert une enquête sur le présumé dumping dommageable de certaines fournitures tubulaires pour puits de pétrole originaires ou exportées du Mexique.
