PMRA IT Modernisation Update - Removal of Form 6018 and updated Commercial Import Factsheet

Following is a message from Emily Stockwell, Project Coordinator, IT Modernization - Pest Management Regulatory Agency at Health Canada:

I am writing to notify you of an update to the Pest Management Regulatory Agency's Registrant and Applicants forms. As part of PMRA's Transformation, the IT Modernisation team converted the PHP forms from the Registrants and Applicants page to HTML. In this process we reached out to subject matter experts for feedback on the quality of the forms before recreating them in HTML.

During this subject matter expert review process, it came to our attention that Form 6018, Declaration of Importer of Control Products, is no longer required by the Pest Management Regulatory Agency, nor the Border Services Agency. As such, the form was removed from the PMRA Registrant and Applicants Forms page, and the Fact sheet on the requirements for the commercial importation of pest control products was updated to reflect the removal of form 6018.

I have linked the updated Commercial Import Factsheet and the updated PMRA Registrant and Applicants Forms page below for your reference.
