Preliminary determination of concrete reinforcing bar

The preliminary phase of the investigation is now complete. The evidence available to the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) indicates that concrete reinforcing bar originating in or exported from Oman and Russia has been dumped. Provisional duties will now be payable on the subject goods that are released from the CBSA on or after March 4, 2021.
