La note ci-jointe porte sur l’impact du Règlement sur les produits dangereux dans les milieux de travail. Plus précisément, la période de transition qui avait été prévue pour migrer du SIMDUT 1988 vers le SIMDUT 2015 prend fin le 30 novembre 2018. Les employeurs auront donc jusqu’à cette date pour respecter la législation.
