Beginning June 13, 2022, the United States (U.S.) Food Safety and Inspection Service will onboard the Canadian Food Inspection Agency into their Public Health Information system for the issuance of export certificates from U.S. to Canada.
The FSIS's Export Certificate of Wholesomeness for Meat and Poultry (FSIS Form 9060-5, 5A, 5B) generated by PHIS export component will replace the Certificate for Export of Meat and Poultry Products to Canada (FSIS Form 9135-3). The FSIS will print PHIS-generated FSIS 9060-5 series (FSIS Form 9060-5, 5A, 5B, 5S) that are digitally signed in PHIS on plain paper, containing the watermark: "Approved Certificate – Available for Validation in PHIS."

À compter du 13 juin 2022, le Service de l'inspection de la salubrité des aliments des États-Unis intégrera l'Agence canadienne d'inspection des aliments dans son Système d'information de la santé publique pour délivrer des certificats d'exportation des États-Unis vers le Canada.
Le formulaire Export Certificate of Wholesomeness for Meat and Poultry (Certificat de salubrité de la viande et de la volaille destinées à l'exportation – Formulaire FSIS 9060-5, 5A, 5B) produit par le volet exportation du PHIS remplacera le certificat d' exportation de produits de viande et de volaille au Canada (formulaire FSIS 9135-3). Le FSIS imprimera, sur papier ordinaire, la série FSIS 9060-5 générée par le PHIS (formulaire FSIS 9060-5, 5A, 5B, 5S) qui est signée numériquement dans le PHIS affichera le filigrane suivant : « Certificat approuvé – Disponible aux fins de validation dans le PHIS. »
