Please be advised that the Canadian Food Inspection Agency has revised Annex A for China in Chapter 10 of the Meat Hygiene Manual of Procedures. The revised annex is now published.
The revised annex includes attestation requirements for the export of processed meat products (stuffed grain products (dumplings, buns etc.) with poultry, pork or beef meat) from China to Canada.
