Revised, Memorandum D19-9-3, Importation and exportation of human remains and other human tissues

This memorandum has been updated to align the wording with the Public Health Agency of Canada’s policy, as approved in July 2019.

This revision replaces Memorandum D19-9-3, Importation and Shipment of Bodies, Body Parts and Human Organs into Canada, dated January 8, 2021.
