SIMA Registry temporary delivery changes

In response to the current pandemic situation, while ensuring the ongoing delivery of our services, we would like to advise you of the following.

The SIMA Registry and Disclosure Unit would like to encourage all our stakeholders to send their submissions and documents electronically. If due to size limitation (10MB and more) or security reason, this is not possible, please drop off your documents, CD/DVD or USB key in our secure after hours mailbox situated at 100 Metcalfe, 11th floor only. Until further notice, there are no clerks to accept personal delivery. We will continue processing all disclosure requests within our 2‑business‑day service standard.

Thank you for your understanding,
The SIMA Registry and Disclosure Unit
