Concerning the initiation of an investigation into the dumping of wire rod originating in or exported from China, Egypt and Vietnam.

Decision

Pursuant to subsection 31(1) of the Special Import Measures Act, the Canada Border Services Agency initiated an investigation on March 8, 2024, respecting the alleged injurious dumping of wire rod originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China, the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Décision

Le 8 mars 2024, conformément au paragraphe 31(1) de la Loi sur les mesures spéciales d’importation, l’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada a ouvert une enquête sur le présumé dumping dommageable de fils machine originaires ou exportés de la République populaire de Chine, de la République arabe d’Égypte et de la République socialiste du Vietnam.
