Pursuant to subsection 38(1) of the Special Import Measures Act, the Canada Border Services Agency made preliminary determinations on July 20, 2023 respecting the dumping and subsidizing of certain steel utility wind towers and sections originating in or exported from China.

Le 20 juillet 2023, conformément au paragraphe 38(1) de la Loi sur les mesures spéciales d'importation, l'Agence des services frontaliers du Canada a rendu des décisions provisoires de dumping et de subventionnement concernant certains mâts d'éoliennes commerciales et leurs tronçons originaires ou exportés de la Chine.
