The Technical Commercial Client Unit (TCCU) office will be closed from Thursday, April 14, 2022 at 17:00 (Eastern Time) until Monday, April 18, 2022 at 08:00 (Eastern Time), however, the TCCU production support will be operating on an “after hours” schedule during this time.
On Monday, April 18, 2022 between 08:00 and 16:00 (Eastern Time), officers will be available at 1-888-957-7224 to respond to production issues only.
CADEX reports will run on the evenings of Thursday, April 14, 2022 and Tuesday, April 19, 2022. The rates of exchange appearing on the report generated on the morning of Friday, April 15, 2022 will remain in effect from Friday, April 15, 2022 until Tuesday, April 19, 2022 inclusive.
Congé pour la fin de semaine de Pâques
L’Unité des services techniques aux clients commerciaux (USTCC) sera fermée du jeudi le 14 avril 2022 à 17h00 (heure de l’est) jusqu’au lundi le 18 avril 2022 à 8h00 (heure de l’est). Par contre, pendant ce congé, l’assistance à la clientèle externe en production de l’USTCC sera disponible selon l’horaire d’après les heures ouvrables.
Lundi le 18 avril 2022, entre 8h00 et 16h00 (heure de l’est), des agents seront disponibles afin de répondre aux appels concernant des questions de production seulement (1-888-957-7224).
Les rapports SAED seront produits pendant les soirées du jeudi 14 avril 2022 et du mardi 19 avril 2022. Les taux de change figurant au rapport généré le matin de vendredi le 15 avril 2022 seront en vigueur du vendredi 15 avril 2022 au mardi 19 avril 2022 inclusivement.
