TCC22-104 - Remembrance Day Holiday

The Technical Commercial Client Unit (TCCU) will be available on the Remembrance Day holiday, Friday, November 11, 2022 between 08:00 and 16:00 (Eastern Time). Please note that support will be provided for production issues only by calling our hot line at 1-888-957-7224.

For accounting purposes:
The exchange rates from Friday, November 11, 2022 through Monday, November 14, 2022 (inclusive) will remain unchanged. 
Friday, November 11, 2022 will not be counted in the calculation of overdue B3 entries.

For urgent client service outside business hours and statutory holidays, please contact the TCCU hotline at 1-888-957-7224 and your enquiry will be answered by a TCCU officer. Also, please refer to the following CBSA website link that offers guidelines for clients using the TCCU’s after-hours/weekend/holiday pager service: http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/eservices/services-eng.html.

Veuillez prendre note que l'Unité des services techniques aux clients commerciaux (USTCC) sera disponible le Jour du souvenir, le vendredi 11 novembre 2022, entre 08h00 et 16h00 HE. Veuillez noter que le soutien technique sera offert pour les questions de production seulement en appelant la ligne téléphonique au 1-888-957-7224.

Informations concernant les déclarations B3 :
Les taux de change de vendredi le 11 novembre 2022 à lundi le 14 novembre 2022 (inclusivement) demeurent inchangés. 
Vendredi le 11 novembre 2022 sera exclu du calcul relativement aux déclarations tardives.

Pour les urgences après les heures ouvrables et les journées fériées, veuillez contacter la ligne téléphonique de l’USTCC au 1-888-957-7224 et un agent vous rappellera. De plus, veuillez consulter le lien internet suivant: http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/eservices/services-fra.html qui explique la marche à suivre pour les clients qui utilisent le service à la clientèle de l’USTCC offert après les heures ouvrables.
