Third CCS Designate Quiz of 2012 NOW Available!
The third CCS Designate Quiz of 2012 is now available. You have until 2 p.m. EDT on the 18th of October, 2012 to submit your responses to the CSCB. Quizzes submitted after that time will not be accepted. The quiz must be completed online.
To access the quiz, you must log onto the website: http://cscb.ca/. If you do not recall your login details, please enter your email address here https://cscb.ca/user/password to request new login details. Once you are logged in, please click on My Account -> CCS Services -> CCS Designate Quizzes -> and select the quiz.

Le troisième mini-questionnaire de 2012 à l’intention des détenteurs du titre de SCD est maintenant disponible. Vous avez jusqu’au 18 octobre 2012, à 14 h (HAE) pour envoyer vos réponses à la SCCD. Les mini-questionnaires qui sont envoyés après cette date ne seront pas acceptés. Le mini-questionnaire doit être rempli en ligne.
Pour y accéder, vous devez ouvrir une session sur le site Web http://cscb.ca/. Si vous avez oublié votre nom d’utilisateur ou mot de passe, veuillez cliquer ici https://cscb.ca/user/password pour entrer votre adresse de courriel et obtenir un nouveau profil. Une fois que vous avez ouvert une session, cliquez sur My Account -> CCS Services -> CCS Designate Quizzes -> et sélectionnez le mini-questionnaire.
