The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) Thunder Bay office advises the Thunder Bay commercial and local business community that the CBSA office is currently closed until further notice.

Processes are in place to ensure that services provided by this office will now be provided through the Pigeon River port of entry. CBSA will continue to advise the clients of the Thunder Bay office on any further changes to border services resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic response...
