Tribunal Continues Finding—Gypsum Board from the United States

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal today continued its finding made on January 4, 2017, in inquiry NQ-2016-002, concerning the dumping of gypsum board from the United States of America.

The Tribunal found that the expiry of the finding was likely to result in injury. As such, the Tribunal continued its finding. The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose anti-dumping duties on these products.
