Unitized Wall Modules, Expiry No. LE-2018-002

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) hereby gives notice, pursuant to subsection 76.03(3) of the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), that its finding made on November 12, 2013, in Inquiry No. NQ-2013-002, concerning the dumping and subsidizing of unitized wall modules, with or without infill, including fully assembled frames, with or without fasteners, trims, cover caps, window operators, gaskets, load transfer bars, sunshades and anchor assemblies, excluding non-unitized building envelope systems, such as stick systems and point-fixing systems, originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China, is scheduled to expire on November 11, 2018, unless the Tribunal has initiated an expiry review.

Interested firms, organizations, persons or governments wishing to make submissions on whether an expiry review is warranted must file a notice of participation with the Tribunal on or before May 24, 2018. Each counsel who intends to represent a party in these proceedings must also file a notice of representation, as well as a declaration and undertaking, with the Tribunal on or before May 24, 2018. The Tribunal will distribute the list of participants on May 25, 2018. The deadline for filing submissions is June 5, 2018. If there are opposing views, each party may file a response no later than June 12, 2018.
