Winnipeg’s business community will be jolted into thinking about transport in new ways thanks to a series of upcoming lectures co-sponsored by the University of Manitoba.
The Transport Institute in the Asper School of Business is pleased to announce that Dr. Stephen Blank, Fulbright Visiting Research Chair in Governance and Public Administration at the University of Ottawa, will deliver the next lectures in the Stu Clark Distinguished Speaker Series.
Blank will deliver three lectures in Winnipeg, each co-sponsored by the Transport Institute. Blank is a Senior Fellow, Center for North American Studies, American University; Senior Fellow, Macdonald-Laurier Institute, Ottawa; and Senior Research Analyst, North American Center for Transborder Studies, Arizona State University. He is the Acting Director of the Portal for North America.
