Update on Bone-in Beef Exports to China

Please be advised that the Canadian Food Inspection (CFIA) has updated export requirement for China as bone-in beef may now be exported to China from Canada.

These changes are effective immediately.

The CFIA website will be updated with the changes to Section 11.7.3.2.2 of the Meat Hygiene Manual of Procedures shortly.
