Chapter 03 was published to:
i) modify the import instructions for the following HS code from the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech , Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France,Germany, Greece, Hungary,Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom - includes Guernsey, Isle of Man and Jersey with the end uses of "Food Services" and "Retail Use".
03.01 - Live fish
03.02 - Fish, fresh or chilled, excluding fish fillets and other fish meat of heading No. 03.04.
03.03 - Fish, frozen, excluding fish fillets and other fish meat of heading No. 03.04.
03.06 - Crustaceans, whether in shell or not, live, fresh, chilled, frozen, dried, salted or in brine; smoked crustaceans, whether in shell or not, whether or not cooked before or during the smoking process; crustaceans, in shell, cooked by steaming or by bo crustaceans, fit for human consumption
03.07 - Molluscs, whether in shell or not, live, fresh, chilled, frozen, dried, salted or in brine; smoked molluscs, whether in shell or not, whether or not cooked before or during the smoking process; flours, meals and pellets of molluscs, fit for human con invertebrates other than crustaceans, fit for human consumption
ii) Streamline the registration types for the following HS codes with the following end uses: "Food Service", "Further processing for human consumption" and "Retail use" from ALL origins
03.01 - Live fish

03.03 - Fish, frozen, excluding fish fillets and other fish meat of heading No. 03.04.
